danielle, una delle mie più vecchie amiche, era venuta fuori con l'idea di aprire un ristorante che serve soltanto piatti fatti con patate dolci, anche dette "yams" (patata dolce). io voleva chiamare Yummy Yam! così abbiamo deciso di essere business partners e di usare dei biglietti da visita fatti 14 anni fa. mio papà li ha conservati e me li ha mandati via posta come una nostalgica sorpresa. pensavo di averli persi per sempre, ma come puoi vedere eccoli qui. evviva! grazie papà, grazie danielle.

foxes
bride island on lake shinji, japan recalls the legend of a girl who fell through the ice and drowned. a kind goddess turned her into an island. foxes, thought to carry messages from such deities, are honored near the matsue castle which has stood over the namesake city since 1611.

today i went through a box of old photographs and rediscovered this photo i bought at a secret shop a long time ago.
i walked and walked and cut through washington square park and stumbled upon a big brown poodle playing tag.
i saw a hobo assault a woman on the street with a shaving cream can. police arrested him and laid that hobo down.
i ran errands and found an abandoned building
with the exact shutters i've been looking for.
i was greeted by a cat in a window who i swear was trying to tell me something on my way home.
then back to my apartment to catch the last half of teen wolf
the best part of my day?
making out the similarities between teen wolf
and the shaving cream can brutalizing, sad, bad, wayward hobo man.
good night.
